Kabul Fashion Europe — the rules that apply to every order you place with us online.

1. About Kabul Fashion

These terms apply to orders you place through our website or via WhatsApp — both are legally identical.

2. Two Product Types

Ready-made items

Clothing that has already been produced. It carries a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Custom order

Clothing that is tailored to your measurements and your request. Because it is made only for you, there is no right of withdrawal.

3. Placing an Order

  • Your order becomes final once we confirm it or once the item is dispatched.
  • For a custom order, paying the deposit means production has started; if you change your mind, the deposit is not refunded.
  • Please review your measurements carefully before your final confirmation — once production has started, changes are no longer possible.

4. Prices and Payment

  • Prices are in euros and include VAT.
  • Payment: [bank transfer / PayPal].
  • Custom order: 40% deposit before production starts.

5. Shipping and the Authenticity Seal

  • Shipping details are set out in the Shipping Policy.
  • Ready-made items are shipped with a sealed and coded ribbon. This ribbon allows normal try-on and does not tear.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Ready-made Items Only)

  • You have 14 days to withdraw without giving any reason.
  • It is enough to notify us by email.
  • If the seal is intact and the garment is free of odours or damage → full refund.

7. Privacy

Your personal information (name, address, measurements) is used in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Suggestions and Complaints

Please send any suggestion, criticism or complaint to us by email at kabulfashion.eu@gmail.com.

The law governing this contract is Austrian law.

9. Production Defects

The 14-day right of withdrawal above (section 6) is independent of the case where the garment has a genuine production defect (not a change of mind, not a wrong size, not wear from use). In such a case, under Austrian law, repair or replacement is provided first; a refund is only available if neither of these two options is possible.
