Exchange and Return Policy of Kabul Fashion

• Ready-made items: you have up to 14 days to withdraw, provided the seal ribbon is intact and the garment has no odour or damage.
• Custom order: there is no right of withdrawal; if you cancel, the prepayment is not refunded.
• A genuine production defect (not a change of mind or a wrong size): repair or replacement first, otherwise a refund. Please report it within 24 hours with a photo, by email only, to kabulfashion.eu@gmail.com.
• Return shipping cost: borne by the customer.
• Refund: within 10 working days after the item has been checked.

• We ship to Austria and throughout the European Union.
• Processing time: ready-made items 7 working days, custom orders 30 working days.
• The exact shipping cost and delivery time are stated when the order is placed.
• Delays caused by customs, strikes or circumstances beyond our control are no reason to cancel the order or to claim compensation.
• Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for the parcel lies with the carrier.
• Damage or a problem in transit: please report it within 24 hours with a photo, by email only.
